Zakon o detektivskoj delatnosti Republike Srbije („Sl. Glasnik RS“, br. 104/2013 i 87/2018) predviđa tri vrste licenci za obavljanje detektivske delatnosti:
● licenca za fizičko lice (detektiva)
● licenca za obavljanje preduzetničke delatnosti
● licenca za privredno društvo za detektivsku delatnost.
Law on Detective Activity of the Republic of Serbia ( „Off. Gazette of RS“, No: 104/2013 and 87/2018) provides three types of licenses for performance of detective activity: License for an individual (the detective), License for entrepreneurial activity and License for company that performs detective activity.
